Support coordination is optional but useful for: complex plans with multiple supports, first-time participants navigating the system, those changing providers regularly, complex behaviour support needs, or major life transitions (school to work, leaving family home). Cost: $2,500-$5,000/year (Level 2) funded separately in your plan. You request it at planning meetings. Specialist support coordination ($150/hr) is for very complex situations.
